Last year the cheeseheads lost 7 of their last 9 games to fall completely out of contention. Negatives aside, Aaron Rodgers played well throughout the year and passed for 28 touchdowns and only 13 interceptions. The team also got strong play from young back Ryan Grant, who compiled 1,200 yards on the ground, but couldn’t seem to put it all together.

The defence was the struggling point for the Packers when it came to live Green Bay football. The finished ranked 22^nd in the league overall and only got consistent play from the likes of Aaron Kampman.

The team did not make any major moves in the offseason and are relying on their big first round draft picks to make an impact immediately.   The hope for the Packers is that young A.J Hawk can step up and lead the team and help bring along Clay Matthews and B.J Raji this year to form a formidable young defensive team.
