On Sunday, November 6^th as we begin the ninth week of play for the regular season, the Oakland Raiders will take on the Denver Broncos at 4:05PM. Last game that the Raiders and the Broncos, both Tim Tebow and Carson Palmer looked a little lost. After so many mistakes, the Broncos have got to be hoping that Tebow has learned something and will be able to perform in Sunday's game. Carson Palmer and the team are coming back after a bye and he will make his first start this season against the Broncos, hoping to take home five in a row.

Palmer may be excused for his performance against Kansas City on October 23^rd when they lost to the Chiefs 28 to nothing. After all, he had only started with the teams five days prior, and he had only been able to attend three practices. He replaced Kyle Boller who had not been doing anything for the team. Even the coach admits Palmer had it tough. Two of the lesser successful teams in the NFL this year will battle it out this Sunday during the Denver Broncos vs. Oakland Raiders live game. Another storyline is that fans may get the chance to see a lot of rookie Tim Tebow now that the team doesn’t have much else to play for. When these two teams met a few weeks back, the Raiders put it altogether and pile up 59 points on the Broncos and they will definitely be looking to do it again. The even better news for Oakland is that running back Darren McFadden has gotten even better over the past few weeks. He is averaging 130 yards from scrimmage so far this year and would love to have another big game against the black and silver.

The Broncos will be doing whatever it takes to try and salvage something from this season, but they are in for a big test once again this week. They have really struggled to stop the run this year and it will not be easy this week to say the least. Hopefully Champ Bailey can shut down the Raiders and keep Denver in the game so that they can have something positive to build off of at least.

Kyle Orton lead the team well last week as the team destroyed the Cleveland Browns but you can be sure the fans and the players in Oakland are ready for him. Orton was a big reason why the Broncos put up 27 points against the Browns last week, and many feel that he is finally coming into his own. After facing a ton of criticism every year in Chicago he has been finally giving a starting job without too much pressure. Especially if Brandon Marshall can shape up and get his act together.

The Raiders once again had pretty low expectations coming into this season but played very well against the Kansas City Chiefs last week. While the team will definitely be relying on Darren McFadden Jamarcus Russell this year, it was the defence that brought about the win last week against their division rivals. That defence will really have to hold things together this week as and McFadden could have a hard time getting things going against a tough Broncos D.
