They are now 5-4 and while this is the worst record in the league among all of the division leaders, it still puts them atop the standings. However, their position could change quickly, and that includes this away game with the Vikings.

The Raiders had a win over San Diego last Thursday, ending 24 to 17, and that is part of the reason that they have taken the top spot. This was the first time since 2002 that they have made it there, the year of their most recent appearance in the playoffs and eventually the Superbowl.
