On Sunday, December 11^th we wrap up Week Fourteen of the regular season of NFL action with a game between the San Francisco 49ers and the Arizona Cardinals. These two teams will be facing off at 4:05PM at the University of Phoenix Stadium and the San Francisco 49ers have finally done what they have been talking about for some time, taking home the NFC West title, for the first time in nearly ten years. The Niners are currently ten and two, and will be n the first playoff since 2002, thanks to a win over St. Louis last Sunday that ended 26 to 0.

The San Francisco 39ers are currently two games behind Green Bay when it comes to the top seed in the conference. They are one game ahead of New Orleans however. San Francisco hasn't taken a first round bye for nearly fifteen years. This should be an exciting game, as both of these teams want to come out on top of this contest very badly. In Monday Night Football this week we have the San Francisco 49ers and the Arizona Cardinals for Week Twelve, playing at the University of Phoenix Stadium on Monday, November 29^th at 8:30PM. Both teams have the same record, three wins and seven losses, and the Niners rank third in the NFC West while the are one spot lower in that division. It will be an interesting game as both teams are tied and jockeying for position in the NFC West which is probably why this was our Monday Night Football game this week.

Arizona has been NFC West champions twice in a row and are currently defending that title, but seem to have struggled in the absence of Kurt Warner. They are in danger of their first losing season since 2006. As for San Francisco, they looked as if they would be giving some – presumably the Cards – a run for their money in the pre-season, but has lost seven of their first ten games as well, and look to be well on the way to the eighth season in a row losing.
