We are at the final week of the NFL Preseason, and have seen some exciting games in the past three weeks. This is the fourth and most of the games that will be played before we enter the regular season are going to be held on Thursday, September 1^st. That is true of our featured game as well, between the St Louis Rams and the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Jags host the Rams at EverBank Field on Thursday evening at 7:30PM Eastern. Other games include Dallas and Miami, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers visiting Washington to play the Redskins at FedEx Field and Kansas City and Green Bay at 8:00PM.

On Friday, August 26^th St. Louis played a preseason game against Kansas City, and were able to beat them by four points. That gives St. Louis an impressive record of 3-0, leaving KC with no wins as of yet. St. Louis leads the NFC West standings right now. Jacksonville played Buffalo last time, and fought hard but were not able to come out ahead. They lost 35-32. Jacksonville is third in the AFC South. On the defensive side of the ball the Jags are hoping that Rashean Mathis can step up and start to make the big plays that he is capable of.
