For the Raiders it will once again be all about Bruce Gradkowski this week. Since taking over the starting QB job Gradkowski has turned the Raiders’ season around and shown a competitive knack that Jamarcus Russell just did not seem to care about. He puts it all out on the field and puts everything he has into each game, which is why the team has rallied behind him for the past few weeks.
