Your account is at least a year old, and has been renewed once. This is to prevent users from signing up simply to get the links that we provide, and then canceling their account, thus getting our services for free, for those events.

Exceptions may be made if the problem that you are facing involved connecting to the site, but these will be looked at individually to decide if a refund is in order.

Any problems with being charged twice or overcharged will of course, be refunded, upon verification of the excess charges.
